Donald is both an Attorney and a Professional Engineer and focusses his practice on representing design professionals as the chair of his firm’s construction law practice. Part of Don’s practice is about educating design professionals about important legal topics in an effort to help them avoid future legal issues. In this 1 ½ hour session Donald will discuss two critical components of any engineer’s practice: key contract provisions (both good and bad) and project documentation for practicing engineers.
